Monsoon care for Moms & Moms to be

  • Wash your hands and feet regularly to avoid infections.
  • Drink coconut water and homemade ‘’Nimbu Paani’’
  • Be hydrated.
  • Install safety window nets to prevent mosquito bites.
  • Keep your surroundings clean.
  • Have a balanced - diet.
  • Eat clean fresh food.
  • Keep monsoon ailments at bay
  • Avoid puddles
  • Exercise and rest during monsoon
