Peach Cake

Peach Cake

Ingredients:
3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced canned peaches
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Powdered sugar
Method:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand. 
  • Pour in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. 
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 
  • Sprinkle warm cake with powdered sugar.
