- Boil milk in a vessel
- Simmer & reduce to one litre while stirring constantly
- Add sugar & stir
- Soak saffron in a tbsp. of warm milk & add it to the reduced milk
- Add the chopped toasted almonds
- Add the cardamom powder & mix
- Pour in the prepared moulds
- Seal them airtight and freeze.
