Ingredients:
Method:
- 3 cups of corn chips
- 3/4 cup of grated cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- sliced pickled jalapenos
Method:
- Mix cheese, milk and 1 tbsp of water and cook on a slow flame until the cheese melts.
- Arrange corn chips on a plate and spread melted cheese on top.
- Spread a few jalapenos on top. Grill for few minutes until the cheese bubbles.
- Serve hot yummy Nachos.
