| Luscious Cake |
Ingredients:
1 box lemon or yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
Method:
- Mix first four ingredients and put in two flat pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees. Cool.
- For topping mix rest of ingredients and put on cakes.
- Keep refrigerated.
