Ingredients:

- Arborio rice 30 gm
- Mushrooms 50 gm
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Robusta or filter coffee liquor 150 ml
- Fresh cream 20 ml
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese 20 gm
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, saute chopped garlic & mushrooms for a while, then add arborio rice to it.
- Add the coffee stock and cook it gently , till the rice turns tender.
- Once the rice is cooked, add cream, butter and Parmesan cheese and season it with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle some coarse black pepper & garlic shavings on top and serve hot in a deep dish.
