- 4 onion cut into rings
- 11/4 cups plain flour
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 11/2 cup of butter milk
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
- pinch of baking soda
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Method:
- Combine plain flour, corn flour, butter milk, baking soda, pepper powder and salt into a bowl and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
- Heat oil in kadai, dip the onion rings in batter a few at a time, and deep fry till they become golden brown color on both sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper, sprinkle chaat masala over it and toss well.
- Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
