Ingredients:
- 2 Cups California Strawberries
- 1 Cup fresh, frozen or canned pineapple chunks
- 1 Container low fat pina colada yoghurt
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 2 Cups of ice cubes
In container of blender, combine all ingredients except ice cubes; blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes with motor running, blend until smooth.
Note:
This recipe is lactose free and gluten free.
