As summer arrives we all remember the tasty and yummy fruit watermelon. Its very good for health and we have more benefits also. Its always good to taste all the seasonal fruits and let others also know about their benefits.
Watermelon are rich in Vitamin A, B and C. What's more, they are low in calories and very nutritious. And the persons on diet control can have these fruits added into their diet chart. Because its of no harm eating watermelon 2-3 times in a day.
It is an ideal health drink because it is 92 per cent water, and does not contain any fat or cholesterol. It also fills you up fast because of its water content. So have it along with your barbeque or grills as watermelons will prevent you from overeating. And helps you in not gaining over weight.

Slap your melon and if it sounds hollow, then it is ripe.
