Badam Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients:
    badam kulfi
  • Milk 3 litres
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Saffron a few strands
  • Almonds, toasted 20
  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

Method:
  • Boil milk in a vessel
  • Simmer & reduce to one litre while stirring constantly
  • Add sugar & stir
  • Soak saffron in a tbsp. of warm milk & add it to the reduced milk
  • Add the chopped toasted almonds
  • Add the cardamom powder & mix
  • Pour in the prepared moulds
  • Seal them airtight and freeze.
