Onion Rings

Ingredients:
  • 4 onion cut into rings
  • 11/4 cups plain flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 11/2 cup of butter milk
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
















Method:

  • Combine plain flour, corn flour, butter milk, baking soda, pepper powder and salt into a bowl and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  • Heat oil in kadai, dip the onion rings in batter a few at a time, and deep fry till they become golden brown color on both sides.
  • Drain on absorbent paper, sprinkle chaat masala over it and toss well.
  • Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
