Tips For A Flat Tummy

  • Drink a glass of water before eating
  • Eat slowly
  • Eat five small meals a day
  • Do cardiac 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week
  • Know your serving sizes
  • Good posture it strengthens tummy muscles
  • Swim
  • Cut out sweets
  • Do push-ups... accurately
  • Never skip breakfast
  • Drink lots of water everyday
  • Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night
