Mandarin Orange Cake |
Ingredients:
1 white cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Method:
- Mix together eggs and oil.
- Add cake mix and oranges and beat well for 4 minutes.
- Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until done. For icing, combine 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, 1 box instant vanilla pudding, and 1 can drained crushed pineapple.
- Refrigerate.
