Chocolate Pound Cake |
Ingredients:
2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Method:
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add vanilla.
- Bake in a well greased and floured loaf pan for 75 minutes at 325 degrees.
