Bombay Toast |
Ingredients
- bread : 5 slices
- milk : 1 cup
- egg : 1
- sugar : 2 tbsp
- butter : 1 tbsp
Method
- Beat together egg, milk and sugar to a batter.
- Heat a pan and spread a little butter.
- Dip a slice of bread in the batter and fry till golden brown turning it once on either side.
- Careful not to break the bread.
- Can be used as breakfast or evening snack.
